固緯AFG-3051信號(hào)發(fā)生器
AFG-3000 Series是一個(gè)具備功能強(qiáng)大的任意波形函數(shù)信號(hào)產(chǎn)生器,他的設(shè)計(jì)可符合於工業(yè)應(yīng)用以及教育科研使用。這個(gè)系列提供了80MHz以及50MHz兩個(gè)頻寬,且內(nèi)建了Sine, Square, Triangle, Ramp, Pulse, Noise等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào),且提供AM, FM, FSK, PWM, Sweep, Burst等應(yīng)用信號(hào)以滿(mǎn)足各類(lèi)波形的需求。
AFG-3000 Series同時(shí)提供16 bit高解析度、200MSa/s取樣率以及1M記憶體深度的任意波形編輯功能,且可直接透過(guò)直覺(jué)式的面板操作來(lái)編輯所需的波形,且內(nèi)建的1M記憶體,可讓使用者進(jìn)行波形分段存取/輸出,除了可節(jié)省記憶體的使用空間外,還可讓使用者儲(chǔ)存更多的波形。DWR功能可直接從GDS-2000系列示波器將波形直接讀出到AFG-3000內(nèi),除了不需透過(guò)PC連接外,還可讓使用者在進(jìn)行除錯(cuò)或測(cè)試的時(shí)候方便波形描述,避免使用了錯(cuò)誤的測(cè)試條件。
此外,AFG-3000 Series還內(nèi)建了50 Ohm / Hi-Z Impedance Switch, Online Help Function, 以及Output On/Off Switch等功能讓使用者能夠更便利的操作。透過(guò)4.3-inch高解析度的TFT LCD,除了能讓使用者能夠看到更清楚的資訊外,也能將使用者所設(shè)定的所有資訊全部顯示出來(lái),讓使用者更清楚目前的設(shè)定狀態(tài)。前面板的USB Host, 除了能夠進(jìn)行DWR功能外,還可直接儲(chǔ)隨身碟存取,而背板內(nèi)建的USB Device, RS-232, 以及GPIB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)介面,除了能夠執(zhí)行PC端任意波形軟體外,還支援程式庫(kù)語(yǔ)法讓使用者進(jìn)行客製化功能控制。

內(nèi)建的調(diào)變波形可建構(gòu)在Sine, Square, Triangle, Ramp等波形上,且可調(diào)整透過(guò)INT/EXT來(lái)進(jìn)行信號(hào)調(diào)變功能,且提供專(zhuān)屬調(diào)變信號(hào)輸出埠讓信號(hào)更容易取得輸出信號(hào)。 accordingly.
PWM to Control & Test the Motor Speed內(nèi)建的掃描功能可設(shè)定為INT/EXT/manual等三種介面出發(fā),且可設(shè)定LOG/LIN兩種掃描方式。 Burst功能提供了Gate與N Cycle兩種設(shè)定模式, Gate模式可設(shè)定內(nèi)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)(Sine, Square, Triangle, Ramp)的On/Off時(shí)間比例,且可透過(guò)控制極性(Polarity)或相位(Phase)來(lái)進(jìn)行控制, N cycle模式則可設(shè)定相位角度 ,週期次數(shù),週期時(shí)間與延遲時(shí)間等規(guī)格。 -
200MSa/s 高速取樣率
任意波的波形是透過(guò)一串的數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)數(shù)所組成,輸出的頻率可用取樣率除以波形點(diǎn)數(shù)來(lái)取得,輸出頻率=取樣率/波形總點(diǎn)數(shù)。對(duì)*大取樣率為200MSa/s的AFG-3000來(lái)說(shuō),如果透過(guò)兩個(gè)點(diǎn)來(lái)表示波形,可以產(chǎn)生100MHz訊號(hào),同理,如果取樣率為100MSa/s,則產(chǎn)生的波形為50MHz。舉例來(lái)說(shuō),當(dāng)訊號(hào)透過(guò)100個(gè)點(diǎn)來(lái)組成,當(dāng)取樣率越高,所組成的波形頻率也會(huì)越高。
越高的取樣率能提供更高的頻率範(fàn)圍 -
16位元振幅解析度
在16bit的解析下,因?yàn)槊總€(gè)點(diǎn)的振幅解析更為細(xì)緻,讓波形在呈現(xiàn)時(shí)較Smooth,而較低解析度的波形在顯示時(shí)可能就會(huì)有產(chǎn)生部份的鋸齒狀或者較不Smooth,對(duì)於信號(hào)的判讀也會(huì)有一定的影響。例如1V切成1000個(gè)等份(每等份1mV),由於16bit*小是0.15mV,所以切成1000等份的線(xiàn)條看起來(lái)就會(huì)接近於直線(xiàn),而12bit*小解析度為2.4mV,無(wú)法達(dá)到1mV的解析度,在線(xiàn)條上就會(huì)有可能造成階梯狀的現(xiàn)象。

可任意定義的1M記憶體深度
Long memory 可儲(chǔ)存更複雜、更多點(diǎn)數(shù)的波形資料。AFG-3000提供了1M的記憶體深度,除了具備高彈性的設(shè)定功能,可讓使用者在1M的範(fàn)圍內(nèi)取任意的點(diǎn)數(shù)進(jìn)行編輯或輸出,除了能提供更多/更長(zhǎng)的儲(chǔ)存資料,也可提供記憶體的使用效率;除此之外,機(jī)器還能將所設(shè)定的輸出範(fàn)圍換算成輸出頻率,以減少使用者計(jì)算的時(shí)間。
任意波形編輯/輸出 -
簡(jiǎn)單操作與高彈性的任意波形編輯功能
AFG-3000提供四種方式產(chǎn)生自訂的任意波形, 編輯自訂/PC軟體/檔案載入(.csv)/從GW GDS-2000示波器輸入 前面板編輯操作 AFG-3000提供強(qiáng)大的面板操作設(shè)定,提供WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get)的操作方式,從編輯到輸出都可直接透過(guò)面板設(shè)定完成,除了具備高彈性的編輯方式外,在儲(chǔ)存/輸出等設(shè)定下,都可透過(guò)立即的圖表顯示讓使用者更容易了解目前波形的狀態(tài)與所想要輸出的波形內(nèi)容。 支援CSV檔案載入 AFG-3000同時(shí)也支援CSV檔案編輯,CSV檔案格式可由許多方式取得;從EXCEL試算表, PC端軟體, 或者從AFG-3000儲(chǔ)存。只要將編輯好的CSV檔案透過(guò)USB隨身碟或者PC軟體匯入到機(jī)器中也可快速取得波形。
支援CSV檔案
可從從數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算軟體載入波形還原功能(DWR) AFG-3000支援直接與GW GDS-2000系列示波器連接,在不需要PC控制的情況下,直接透過(guò)USB Cable將示波器上看到的波形存到AFG-3000的任意波形功能上,且可選擇不同的通道,將所需的波形載入到AFG-3000的記憶體中。這樣的功能能讓工程師更容易進(jìn)行波形分析。
可直接從GDS-2000系列示波器載入波形配備PC軟體 AFG-3000也配備了專(zhuān)屬的任意波形編輯軟體,PC軟體除了包含AFG-3000面板上所有的功能外,更包含了更多種類(lèi)的應(yīng)用波形,如Rayleigh / Gaussian / Normal Noise, Pseudo ternary, Bipolar-AMI, Manchester, Differential Manchester, RS232, NRZ等,且提供數(shù)種波形計(jì)算與檢視功能,讓使用者能夠更靈活的設(shè)計(jì)所需要的波形。

阻抗切換/線(xiàn)上幫助
從AFG-3000輸出信號(hào)到示波器中往往會(huì)發(fā)生振幅準(zhǔn)位放大約兩倍的情況,這是由於阻抗不匹配的原因,但透過(guò)阻抗切換的功能,AFG-3000輸出的振幅將會(huì)與示波器的一致,能讓使用者在更容易進(jìn)行信號(hào)判讀。而內(nèi)建的Online Help功能可讓使用者在不了解AFG-3000的功能時(shí),能夠透過(guò)Help讓使用者更容易了解各功能鍵的作用。

(2). Add 1/10th of output amplitude and offset specification per °C for operation outside of 0°C to 28°C range (1-year specification). (3). Edge time decreased at higher frequency. (4). Sine and square waveforms above 25 MHz are allowed only with an "Infinite" count. (5). Harmonic distortion and Spurious noise at low amplitudes is limited by a -70 dBm floor.
